Application for Herbalist Training Program

Mail the completed application to:

Elderberry School of Botanical Medicine
P.O. Box 15007

After we receive your application, you may be contacted to arrange for an interview. Once you have been interviewed, we will inform you if you have been accepted into the program. Applicants are accepted on a rolling basis. If you are accepted, there is a $200 non-refundable deposit due within 14 days of your acceptance. The deposit is counted toward your tuition.

Tuition: $2300 (includes $200 deposit)

Early-bird Special: $2000 (if accepted by Dec. 1 & paid in full by Dec. 15)

Payment Plan: We appreciate the full tuition in advance; however, for individuals who need it, we will accept half of the tuition with the balance to be paid in four installments through the year.

Things to consider when applying: Can you commit to the entire program, both sessions? Once the program has started, the tuition is not refundable. The field trips include hiking and can last all day. Rain is persistent here in the Pacific NW. Are you physically able to hike for several hours, and are you willing to hike in inclement weather?

Refund Policy: You will be refunded in full (less the $200 non-refundable deposit) if you notify us three weeks before the first day of class. After that, we will give you a refund only if we can find a replacement from our waiting list. Once classes begin there will be no refunds.
