Join this facilitated community discussion group for herbal practitioners and advanced students who have already begun seeing clients, either professionally or as community herbalists working with housemates, family, friends, or neighbors. Be part of a supportive group of practicing community herbalists twice a month. This is our place for Elderberry School advanced students to trade ideas and get help with difficult cases.
Each meeting a detailed case study will be presented for the group to discuss. Practicing herbalists always need to gain fresh insight on difficult cases, practice case management, and share their success stories and their challenges. If you are working with someone and feel a little stumped, this group provides a listening community to put our heads and hearts together to compassionately uncover new approaches or herbs that you hadn’t thought of alone.
Once you register for this group, you can attend any of the meetings you want from February through May. The running list of who will present each week will be determined the prior week, If you want to present a case, you must be in attendance the meeting prior to the week on which you present your case. If you are new to presenting cases, show up for a few weeks and listen to interesting stories to get the hang of it. Or you can take “Basics of Clinical Herbalism” class to get acquainted with our clinical format.
A one-time registration of $30 to cover administrative costs is the only fee for this ongoing discussion group for Spring 2021.
