Difficulty: Moderate. This hike is a 2.25 mile loop on an good trail with about 625 feet of elevation gain. Please register if you are physically capable of hiking.
Good for kids: Only for older kids who are comfortable hiking. Children 12 and under are free. Please register teens.

Come join a small group of herbal medicine students as we explore one of the most diverse and protected of all the waterfall hikes in the Columbia gorge.
Massive old growth giants, wildflowers and large populations of important medicinal plants await us as we continue to study plant identification, ecology and traditional medicine of the region.
All this capped with the treat of one of the best waterfalls, surrounded by a magical pool and protected native plants!

When you purchase the class you will be emailed a link to download a PDF file containing details about the class locations and other necessary instructions. This link will be active for 30 days. If the link expires you may email us for a new link. However, as we prefer to spend our time in the woods rather than on the computer, we recommend downloading the file immediately.
Full refund for tuition (minus $15 admin fee) up to 1 week before the day of the hike. Less than 7 days before the day of the hike 50% of tuition can be refunded. No refunds are possible for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the hike or for no-shows.
