Please tell us about your interest in the program. Is there a particular goal you are working towards? What are you hoping to get out of herbal medicine studies with the Elderberry School?

Background: Tell us a little about your past work with herbal medicine, including study, teachers, work experiences, and passions. You can also describe these in relation to other healing arts or botanical training. Mention any degrees or licenses held.

This program includes an 8-month committment, including attendance in class and on hikes, and time spent outdoors in all kinds of weather. Do you have any concerns about participation?
