This island of extraordinary plants and rock formations is not far away in remote oceans… it is a close-in gem, hidden in plain sight in the middle of the Willamette River! Incredible mature forest and riverbank herbs make this a favorite place for studying plants. Willows, giant Cottonwoods, Oak, Maple, Dogwood and the mysterious Madrone all make up a diverse forest canopy.
Easy hiking, secret ancient trees, and lots of riverside habitat… come study plant medicines in this very special spot!
